Albany -- The Albany murder trial of three men has been postponed until May. The Judge Tuesday morning granted the defense a continuance to further study prosecution evidence.

Richard Zackery, Ricardel Hightower, and Roderick Johnson are charged with the December 2002 murder of Travis Harris.

The 34 year old Harris was gunned down as he ran from a robbery of a card game on West Road. A fourth man, Abe Brown, is also charged with that murder. He is still on the run from Police.

A jury had been seated for the murder trial, but were dismissed. Another jury will be selected when the trial resumes May 8th.
