Thomasville-- Golfers came out in full force to help support the Second Annual Open Door Adoption Agency Golf Tournament, at the Glen Arven Country Club in Thomasville.

Golfers showed their skills and open their pockets to support an agency that helps hunderds of adopted childern. "It's a charitable golf tournment to raise funds for our most needy birth mothers and their children," said Open Door Chief Walter Gilbert. "We're providing for the needs of the young mother and also raising funds to bring orphan children from foreign countries like Russia and China."

Golfers played about four hours and had a chance to win a new car.
