Albany -- Hundreds of members of Byne Memorial Baptist Church filled the body of Christ Sunday, literally. It was a unique Palm Sunday event.

The members stood outside after church in a huge outline of Jesus. A plane flew over the congregation and a photographer took pictures.

The idea came from bible verse  in first Corinthians which calls church members to be the body of Christ.

"That's the people we are, we're a people of the word. It just encouraged us as a body of Christ, young, old, how long you've been a member of the church, how short you've been a member of the church, we're just the body of Christ. Easter's next Sunday and what a joy it is to be part of his family," said Pastor William Sims.
