Valdosta - The Valdosta State golf team posting a solid 10th place finish their Southern Collegiate golf tournament that features some of the top Division II schools in the nation.
Blake DeCesare had the best round of the day for the Blazers with a 75 as VSU finished with a team total of 310.
West Florida shot a 290 in Tuesday's final round and beats Florida Southern by 22 shots. 3
The Argonauts also had the top three individual scores with Chris Myers winning the medalist honors.
The next match for the VSU golf team is the Gulf South Conference championship in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
