Hunter shot twice, gunman charged

Grady Co.- A weekend hunting accident will lead to criminal charges in Grady County. James Barwick of Thomasville was shot twice with bird shot from about 30 yards away while hunting Saturday at Tired Creek Hunting Preserve in Grady County.

Investigators say Barwick screamed that he had been shot before the hunter fired again. Once the shooter is located, he will be charged with reckless conduct with a firearm by the Department of Natural Resources.
