Thomasville- A south Georgia father and son will face a second federal trial next month. Marty Harrell and his father Don are facing Hobbs Act violations and Marty is charged with racketeering.

The charges resulted from a land and cattle dispute with William Chandler. Marty Harrell and Dexter Harrison will be sentenced May 25th. The two were found guilty earlier this month of arson and conspiracy in the 2002 torching of the Ramada Limited motel in Donalsonville.

Harrison faces a possible 75 years, Harrell could serve 65. Don Harrell was acquitted of witness intimidation in that case.
