Albany -- Investigators still have questions about the hanging death of an Albany 4th grader.

Ten year old Quincy Clinton was found hanging by his sister's belt from the stair railing of his family's East Albany apartment Thursday night.

Investigators say they still do not know if his death was accidental or intentional.

Quincy was a special education student at Radium Springs Elementary School and had just moved to Albany from Moultrie.

Investigators say it could be next week before they release the final report on this death.
