    Ravi Mikel Givens was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He is being held in the Dougherty County jail. Givens, who played ball at Westover and Stetson
    Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.

Albany -- A man wanted for armed robbery in Richmond, Indiana is caught by Dougherty County Police while paving a driveway.

3 O-clock Wednesday afternoon Dougherty County Police stopped to investigate an unlicensed Paving company asphalting this driveway on Old Pretoria Road.

When Police drove up, one of the workers ran. Detective Calvin Cleveland said "Turns out, We made contact with him, he gave a false name. But it turns out he is wanted out of Indiana for armed robbery."

Richmond Police took a warrant for 30 year old John Alcorn for robbing a business November 17th.

Alcorn is being held without bond at the Dougherty County Jail, until he is extradited to Indiana.

 The Paving Company owner, Larry King from Eau Claire Wisconsin, was cited for not having a business license.
