Moultrie - In June 2004, 47-year-old Robert William Lewis of Doerun admitted he shot and killed his girlfriend, 46-year-old Martha Fritts. She suffered from bi-polar disorder.
Lewis told investigators Fritts came at him with a knife, and he grabbed a gun. During a struggle, the sawed-off shotgun went off, and Fritts was shot in the head.
