Dawson - Right now, pick-up trucks are exempt from the law, an exemption related to the use of farm trucks, but in the past two days, two South Georgians, driving pick-up trucks were killed when they got into wrecks without wearing their seatbelts.

Some truck drivers we spoke to aren't opposed to wearing seatbelts. Edward Koffi says, "If it's going to help people save lives, why not do that?"

The law would not include motorcycles, or farm vehicles used primarily for off-road agricultural use.
