Dawson - The new location will seat about 80 people and hours will be the same as before. Lunch every day of the week, 11-2, plus dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.

Owner, Mabel Knight says the decision to move was strictly a business decision. She says most of her business in Parrott came from Dawson, and customers are eager for the new location to open. "They're chomping at the bit for me to get open. I can't get my remodeling done for people interrupting, which is fine, I'll answer their questions all day, about opening, but they're anxious for us to get open."

Knight hopes to open some time next week.
