Franklin, TN - 86 year old Rosa Tante died of a head injury at Regency Inn August 3rd. Today, 61-year old Bardy Tante, was arrested in Williamson County, Tennessee, where police were given a tip that Tante was hiding out in Grace Church in Franklin, a suburb of Nashville.
An extradition hearing will be held tomorrow morning. The hotel manager found Rosa Tante dead in August, after Bardy Tante, who had been living with her in the hotel, called and told him his mother wasn't feel well when he left her at 2 AM.
