Valdosta - A South Georgia school bus driver is charged in a wreck that sent five students to the hospital.
Elba Soler was taking students home from Valdosta Middle School Monday afternoon when she attempted to turn right onto Patterson Street from Alden Avenue. The bus smashed into the side of a minivan.
Five students were taken to the hospital for observation but were not seriously injured.
Soler is charged with failure to yield the right of way.
