Baker County - 38-year old Teresa Davis Sheffield is charged with theft by conversion. She's accused of taking $4,000 from money belonging to a mentally challenged woman who was her client.

Sheffied has resigned from DFACS. She was booked on the criminal charges Tuesday night and released on $10,000 bond.
