Valdosta - State test scores for one South Georgia high school won't be counted because of technical problems.

Students in Lanier County recently took their end of course tests which account for 15 percent of their final grade in a subject. They took the tests online and many students had technical problems when taking the American History and Physical Science tests.  The school district filed a waiver to throw out those scores and got state approval to do so.

Superintendent Eloise Sorrell says they'll average the students' nine weeks exam scores for the semester and use the highest out of that or the end of course test score.
