Theme park guests can strike it rich

December 26, 2005

Valdosta - There's lots of reasons to visit Wild Adventures this holiday season.  "All the Christmas lights are still on, the music and our shows," said Michael Jetter.

And now, there's 100,000 more reasons. "It's a great opportunity to win some cash for the holidays, post holidays, and get the new year started off right," said Jetter.

The park is giving one lucky guest the chance to win a whole lot of cash in their first $100,000 giveaway. "This time of year, its a time for giving and we wanted to give folks a chance to win a really nice holiday package," said Jetter.

Registering to win is quick and easy. All you have to do is drop by any of the park's gift shops or the Will Call office, fill out a form, and drop your name in the box.  "One entry per person and you have to be 18 to register, but its a great opportunity," said Jetter.

Registration starts Monday and runs through January 4th. On January 7th, six semi finalists will draw for the cash. They'll also have the chance to win a park prize package.  "Those include admission to both parks, parking, and season reserved concert seats," said Jetter.

Guests are already lining up to play, and making plans of how they'll spend their winnings. "We would probably pay off our car, pay off our mortgage," said Shannon Malott.

And maybe she'll be the lucky guest who gets the chance.
