Police on look out for escapee

Warwick- Forty-three year old Paul Willis, also known as Paul White, got into a scuffle with Warwick police during booking Tuesday.

He managed to escape into the woods, and police believe he may have been picked up by someone. Willis is charged with domestic violence, battery, burglary, obstruction, escape and interference with government property. Police say he kicked in his girlfriend's back door and assaulted her in front of her 11 year old son.

According to the Department of Corrections, Willis escaped custody in Crisp County in 1986 and in Dougherty County in 1994.

He has a dark complexion, is about 5-feet six inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. Willis has a scar on the top of his head and on back of his head. If you have any information about his whereabouts, contact the Warwick Police Department at 229-535-6256.
