Albany-- One man is dead and a woman seriously injured after a shooting in Northwest Albany.

32-year-old Olympia Danford was shot at 2615 Flynn Court in Apartment 2 some time after 11 Saturday morning. Investigators say her boyfriend 32-year-old Reginald Taylor went to her home and shot her. He then turned the gun on himself.

Both were transported to a local hospital. Taylor died two hours later. Investigators say Danford still remains in critical condition and is expected to live.

Investigators say a domestic dispute is to blame for the shooting but they're still looking into what led up to it.
