Thomasville Police are looking for two men who attempted to rob a store, scaring customers and clerks.
Albany- Residents of an Albany nursing home decked the halls with a Christmas Parade. Carols were sung by the young marines and volunteers helped Palmyra Nursing Home residents festively decorate their wheelchairs before the parade began.
The 12 year old tradition then proceeded through the hallways to the delight of both participants and residents.
"A lot of times you hear about Toys for Tots, which is great, but we're here to help our seniors out and make sure they have a good Christmas so we decided we would do something called elves for the elderly," said Tom Heldenberg, NAPA Auto Care Council.
Employees from NAPA Auto Care helped with the parade and handed out 325 Teddy Bears or residents. Organizers hope the event will only grow next year.
