Jolly St. Nick visits Chehaw

December 16, 2005

Albany--  Some reindeer are among the many animals at the Parks at Chehaw. Jolly St. Nick is in town.

Santa Claus made his first appearance at the Park Friday night. His appearance is part of the Lights at Chehaw holiday event. Kids sat down and took pictures with Santa. Of course they took that time to ask him to grant their holiday wishes. 9-year-old Baylie Williams wants him to bring her a gameboy this Christmas.

"He probably will. He might bring me something different," says 9-year-old Baylie Williams.

"I hope they get what they ask for if we don't run out of Bratz and 4-wheelers and motorcyles and all the other things they're asking for," says Santa.

The Chi Alpha Student Ministry from Sherwood Baptist Church also performed. Santa will be at the Park through the 23rd.
