Lee County -- The Lee County mother shot by her son Monday is recovering. Judy Randle is listed in good condition at an Albany Hospital.
The GBI concluded its investigation Tuesday afternoon. They say 16 year old Joey Randle shot his mother Monday morning at their Somerset Drive home in South Lee County, and then committed suicide.
Investigators say the Mother had taken marijuana away from the Deerfield Windsor tenth grader the night before.
An autopsy confirmed Joey was killed by a single gunshot wound to the head.
