Valdosta - Police are trying to figure out what happened to a man found dead in his home Friday morning.

A relative found 49-year-old Myron Denson face down in his pillow around 8:00 at his home on Lausanne Drive.

Investigators say he had a visible injury to his head, but it wasn't a gunshot or stab wound. They didn't find any signs of foul play, but are still treating the case as a suspicious death.

Denson's body has been sent to the crime lab for an autopsy.
