Colquitt County - Prosecutors say 23-year old Jorge Luis Vargas had sex with his 13-year old cousin last November. Police found a condom at the scene and were able to obtain DNA of both Vargas and the victim.
Vargas pleaded guilty to molestation and was sentenced to eight years in prison, seven years probation.
