Camilla - A man with a partially concealed pistol robbed the clerk at the One Stop Chevron store Monday night. The store is about a half-mile from the Camilla Police station.

He went to the cooler an got a soft drink which he took the counter. When the clerk opened the cash register, the bandit pulled a weapon he had wrapped in a bag, reached inside and grabbed about $700 in cash and ran out of the store.

The clerk said the man was black, about 6 feet tall, weighed about 200 pounds, and seemed to be in his twenties. He wore black sneakers, blue jeans, and a navy hoodie, which he pulled down low over a ballcap.
