Thomasville, Georgia--  A South Georgia man wanted in a methamphetamine case is in custody.

Michael Ansley was arrested Thursday afternoon in Thomasville. He's one of 28 people indicted in a meth ring. Agents say Ansley ran when he saw them.

"The fleeing suspect, which is Ansley, continued to run, at which time the dog was deployed and did chase and subdue the fleeing Ansley," says Thomasville / Thomas County Drug Squad Commander, Kevin Lee.

Ansley is charged with obstruction by fleeing and conspiring to manufacture and sell meth. Investigators have arrested 24 people in this meth case and are looking for four others.
