Cook County -- A semi-truck driver was killed when one tractor trailer slammed into another. It happened just before 2:00AM Thursday on the Interstate in Cook County.
One of the big rigs had broken down in the right lane of traffic. Another tractor trailer slammed into the back of it. The driver of the second truck died.
The driver's name has not been released because his next of kin hasn't been notified. The wreck is under investigation.
