Tifton- Several volunteer organizations designed, constructed, and donated the playhouses to the Coastal Plains Court Appointed Special Advocates. They're volunteers who advocate for children in the court system.
CASA will raffle the houses off on December 3rd during Tifton's Hometown Holidays Celebration.
"We speak purely for the voice of the children to try and get them into a safe permanent home as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have their needs met while they're in care, and to have their stay in care be as quick as possible," says Greg Millette, Executive Director of the Coastal Plains CASA program.
The proceeds from the raffle will help offset the cost of training CASA volunteers.
