Richmond, Virginia -- A man who killed a woman in Dougherty County in 1988 is now accused of killing a teacher in Richmond, Virginia.
Police are looking for 48-year old Melvin Williams. He served about 10 years in prison in Georgia for voluntary manslaughter.
Now police in Virginia think he killed 39-year-old Yvette Raeford Friday in a Richmond Apartment complex.
Police issued warrants for Williams, but they haven't found him yet.
