Albany - Computer problems won't be such a headache for Bell South Broadband customers soon. Bell South launched a new help center software for its FastAccess DSL customers.
The software will allow users to trouble-shoot common Internet and email problems without having to call customer support.
"We're finding that what broadband customers want more and more is an enabling broadband experience in the rapidly expanding Internet world," said Patricia Keith, Bell South.
The help center software won't actually speed up your connection or enlarge your memory, it just makes sure your DSL is working as fast as it can.
All new Bell South Broadband customers will automatically get the software. Current customers can order the it online at: www.bellsouth.com/dslhelp
