New A.D.A.'s in Albany

November 1, 2005

Albany - Matt Breeden, Tommy Duck and Raquel Caldwell were all sworn in as lawyers first, then as Assistant District Attorneys by Judge Loring Gray, Jr. Tuesday morning. After each person took their oaths, Judge Gray gave them some advice.

He said everything they need to know to be a good lawyer they learned in Kindergarten.  "Three things you need to practice law, what I tell young people," says Gray, "is, be on time, have your homework and respect other people."

Family and friends watched the new attorneys get sworn in. All three were notified that they passed the bar exam last week.
