    The search continues tonight for a man accused of trying to rob a Cordele motel.  Police say 24-year-old Benny James Johnson the third jumped over the counter of the Ashburn Inn on East 16-th Avenue June 13th when no one was at the counter then ran away when an employee walked in on him trying to get money from the cash register.

Undated--Four of the child-sized, battery-powered cars were sold under the brands "Safety First" and "Kid Trax." A problem with the vehicles' circuit board or battery connector can create dangerous smoke or heat.

The recalled vehicles include the pink corvette, the torch red corvette, the yellow race car corvette, the red electroplate corvette, the fire engine, and the batmobile.

There have been 49 reports of overheating or melting components, but no injuries. The ride-on vehicles were made by Dorel Juvenile Group. Owners are advised to stop using them and contact the manufacturer for a free repair.
