Bainbridge-- Around midnight Saturday, Oscar Bush was visiting at 430 West College Street in Bainbridge. He then got into a fight on the front porch with Tony Butler.
Police say that's where they found the body of Bush when they reached the scene.
"After the argument started on the porch of the subject, the suspect walked back into the residence and obtained a butcher knife," said Investigator Frank Green. "Walked back outside and stabbed the victim in the back."
Tony Butler is charged with murder and is being held in the Decatur County Jail.
