Albany- Liberty House and Albany State University's Student Social Work Association will host a domestic violence awareness forum.
Topics will include community awareness, law enforcement response, same sex violence and other domestic violence issues.
The panel will include members of the community, probation office, social work department, survivors and educators.
The forum hopes to tackle everyday issues by reaching out and educating the community. It will be in the Criminal Justice Building, Room 111 at Albany State University beginning at 5:00pm today.
