Albany -- A man Police in Dougherty and Lee County have seeking for cashing stolen checks is captured.
Henry Glenn Kirkland is charged with forgery and burglary.
Investigators say Kirkland broke into the Albany Floral and Gift Shop on 7th Avenue September 21st, and stole checks from the business.
Police say he has cashed at least seven of those stolen checks so far in Dougherty and Lee County.
