Thomasville, Georgia-- A second candidate for a city council spot in Thomasville is being investigated by elections officials.

They're looking into whether Jeremiah Horne meets the residency requirements. Elections officials say Horne reports living in Thomasville for *about* a year. But the state requires candidates for office live where they're running for *at least* that.

A hearing has been held, but no decision has been made yet on whether Horne will be disqualified.

The residency of council candidate, Tyrone Terrell, is also being investigated. A hearing for him is scheduled for next Monday.
