Albany- Tramel Dowell matched five of the winning numbers in the September 13th Mega Millions drawing. The ticket won him $250,000.

Dowell told lottery officials that he planned to share some of his winnings with his mother. The winning ticket was purchased at Robert's Grocery on Martin Luther King, Jr Drive.

If Dowell had won the jackpot the store would have also received a check for selling the ticket.
