Albany- Dougherty County students, who had Monday and Tuesday off at the governor's request, will have to make up those days. The Dougherty County School Board Wednesday announced the make up days will be November 11th, which was a Veterans Day holiday, and January 3rd, which will bring kids back one day early from the Christmas holiday break. The school board decided to make up the days to emphasize the importance of 180 days of instruction for students.
