Residents entitled to refund for garbage collection

September 28, 2005

Sylvester- County officials say they will no longer position a roll off box at the intersection Saunders Road and State Road 256. It will now be stationed at the intersection of Douthit and Wright's Chapel Roads.

They say up to half a dozen additional drop off sites may be added. Beginning Monday, residents will need to deliver their trash to one of 19 sites until curbside service resumes in November.

Those who paid for the entire year, or already paid their October bills, need to contact Seminole Sanitation Service for a refund. Their number is 1-888-518-5797.
