Albany- Governor Sonny Perdue orders flags to remain at half staff in honor of Hurricane Katrina victims. Perdue signed an executive order Tuesday requesting that all flags be flown at half staff until sunset Tuesday, September 20th.
President Bush also requested that flags be lowered as a mark of respect for the victims of the hurricane.
