Tift County- Twenty-six year old Rocky Deleon is charged with murder and is being held in the Tift County jail without bond.

Investigators believe he killed 75 year old Margaret Manaugh at her Highway 82 home back in March. They say Manaugh knew him, but would not release information about a motive.

"This arrest was the culmination of literally hundreds and hundreds of investigative hours, many sleepless nights, and the perseverance of a dedicated group of men and women. We feel confident in saying that we have built a strong and compelling case and that the person responsible for her death is now in custody," says Captain Mike Walker of the Tift County Sheriff's Office.

District attorney Paul Bowden says it's possible the case could be presented to the grand jury as early as Monday.
