Albany- Donations are being collected to help feed Katrina victims stranded in south Georgia. Tim Underwood, owner of The Rocket, along with his staff are voluntarily preparing ready to eat meals for many of Katrina's victims at local hotels.

They're making meals for hundreds of families staying at the Holiday Inn, The Suburban Lodge, The Wingate Inn, Merry Acres, and Best Western, but need supplies.

"I'm looking for things I can do on a temporary basis, salads and fruits, milk and stuff, that needs to be replenished every couple of days because it's just not going to hold," said Tim Underwood, The Rocket, Chef and Co-owner.

They're also looking for volunteers who may want to help with the preparation. Donations can be dropped off at The Rocket and volunteers can contact Tim Underwood.
