Colquitt-- Investigators are releasing more information about a fatal shooting in Miller County.
It happened around 10 o' clock Wednesday morning at the Inland Gas Station in Colquitt. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation now says Rocky Heard was killed with a shotgun. Agents add that Elvin Cloud has been arrested in the shooting and charged with murder.
Witnesses say that the two men had been fighting. The GBI is still trying to figure out why.
