Thomasville - Hurricane Katrina has forced the Thomas University men's soccer team to cancel their first two games of the 2005 regular season.
The Night Hawks were scheduled to open the season with road games Friday versus Northwood University in Deland, FL and Saturday versus Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
TU and Northwood are working on identifying a day to play the re-scheduled match.
The match versus Rollins College has been re-scheduled for 2006.
The Night Hawks will take the field for their 2005 home opener Wednesday August 31 at 4:00 PM versus the Georgia Southwestern Hurricanes.
