Albany-Eleven Certified nursing assistants graduated from the American Red Cross' new training program. It was started by a grant given to the organization by Phoebe Putney.
Even though they just graduated, all the graduates already have job offers.
"It's great for the community. It's good for the healthcare needs and it's just a project that Phoebe and the Red Cross have worked hand and hand to get started," says Program Coordinator Susan Sandefur.
The second CNA class will begin on September first. For more information contact the American Red Cross.
