Albany - Donna McGowan of Leesburg bought a Quik Pik Lotto South ticket for Saturday's drawing at Publix Supermarket in Albany. On Sunday, she and her husband Steve celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary.
Now, they're celebrating being millionaires. The couple will receive one payment of $7.7 Million before taxes. Publix will receive a $25 thousand bonus for selling the winning ticket.
