Cook County - A South Georgia man charged with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence will spend time in jail.

Twenty-seven year old Brian Raper of Adel crashed his motorcycle into a post off Lovett Circle in July of 2003. His passenger 18-year-old Emiranda Frost was killed.

Raper pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide, D.U.I., speeding, and reckless driving. He was sentenced to 75 weekends in jail and five years probation.

He'll also have to pay restitution for Frost's funeral costs.
