Thomasville-- Thousands of dollars worth of drugs are off the streets of Thomasville.

Police say they saw Deltroiz Grimsley and William Harper make a drug deal from a car last night. Officers arrested the men after a short chase and found 25 bags of cocaine, more than 12 ounces of marijuana, and several ecstasy pills. "In that situation there, it wouldn't be for personal use. It would be for sale. Any time the bags are individually packaged, like with the powdered cocaine, there were in the business to sell," says Thomasville / Thomas County drug squad Commander, Kevin Lee.

Grimsley and Harper are charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of ecstasy, and obstruction.
