Albany-- An Albany man was shot Saturday during an argument about whether he talks too much.

Forty-year-old Michael Zackery was shot in the side Saturday afternoon at the corner of Society Avenue and Central Street. Eighteen-year-old Lawrence Randle is charged with aggravated assault.

Investigators say Randle told Zackery he talks too much, starting an argument that ended up with Randle pulling a pistol and shooting Zackery.

Zackery is listed in fair condition about a local hospital. Randle is in the Dougherty County Jail.
