Cordele-- One of two men involved in a Cordele bank robbery and high speed chase Monday was released from custody.

Eighteen-year-old Dontrabious Burr was released from Crisp County jail, but 19-year-old Richard Bynes remains in custody today. Neither man was been charged yet.

Cordele Police say Bynes robbed a Regions Bank in Cordele yesterday afternoon, while Burr waited in the get-away car. The two later lead deputies on a high speed chase on Highway 300 into Albany.

The chase ended on Johnson Road at the Winn Dixie, when they jumped out of the car and ran. Authorities quickly caught them.

Bynes is also being questioned about an armed robbery in Dothan, Alabama that happened last week.
