Randolph County - GBI agents say around midnight Saturday, cousins Derrick and Rodney Milner began fighting at a home on Fountain Bridge Road in Cuthbert.
Investigators say 34-year old Derrick Milner shot and killed his 39-year old cousin Rodney. Derrick Milner is charged with murder.
